pivpp Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pivpp", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pivpp platform operating at pivpp.io and its associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pivpp platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the pivpp platform.
• "Platform" means the pivpp website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all services made available through pivpp.io.
• "Funds" means real-money Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held in a player's pivpp account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the pivpp platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that pivpp may require players to complete.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all pivpp operations and communications.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pivpp platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pivpp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pivpp platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The pivpp platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on pivpp. This age restriction is enforced without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Funds will be returned to the payment source used at deposit, and all winnings generated will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

pivpp is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in their specific location. pivpp makes no representations that the platform is legally accessible from any particular jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3.3 Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party, and that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and complete.

3.4 Exclusion of Self-Excluded Players

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling via the pivpp responsible gaming tools, or who have been excluded by pivpp for any reason, are not permitted to register a new account or continue using the platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a secondary account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered pivpp account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. pivpp reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any account detail at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pivpp operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Players may be required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, after certain deposit thresholds are reached, or at any other time at pivpp's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfied.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pivpp account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions and pending KYC status.

4.5 Account Closure by pivpp

pivpp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, identity misrepresentation, or breach of any provision in these Terms. In such cases, pivpp will provide reasonable notice where legally permissible.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pivpp currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pivpp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion at the player's end is the player's own responsibility and cost.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may be set by pivpp and communicated in the cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same account. pivpp applies a principle of returning funds to their source wherever possible in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

5.4 Processing Times

pivpp aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, Bangladesh Standard Time. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution involved. pivpp is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Anti-Money-Laundering

pivpp maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policies in accordance with applicable regulations. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that pivpp's compliance systems identify as potentially suspicious may be subject to additional review, delay, or refusal. pivpp may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use pivpp as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on pivpp are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion. Real-money Funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

6.3 Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined in each specific promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on pivpp, or who open a new account after closing a prior account, are not eligible for new player bonuses. pivpp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements carry expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date stated in the promotion, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Real-money Funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

6.5 Abuse Prevention

pivpp operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or near-certain betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or any other conduct that pivpp determines, at its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of a promotional offer. Accounts found in breach of this clause will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings removed and may be permanently closed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pivpp are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type as published in the platform's sportsbook rules section. For cricket — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — matches abandoned due to rain, crowd disturbance, or other force majeure events will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published by pivpp at the time the market opened.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. Bets placed in-play are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement. pivpp uses automated systems to suspend markets during critical moments (e.g., wicket falls, no-balls). In the event of a technical fault affecting in-play odds accuracy, pivpp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

7.3 Casino & Live Games

All casino and live dealer games on pivpp are provided by independent certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game rules specific to each title are displayed within the game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by the certified systems of the respective provider. pivpp does not control or influence game outcomes.

7.4 Void Bets

pivpp reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault, bets placed on markets that were opened or settled incorrectly, or bets placed by a player who was ineligible at the time of placement. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's real-money account balance.

7.5 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or game outcome, the player must contact pivpp support via live chat within 30 days of the relevant event. pivpp will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of pivpp's compliance team is final in all settlement matters, subject to any applicable legal rights the player may hold.

8 Account Security

8.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pivpp account login credentials, including your username and password. pivpp strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any two-factor authentication features available on the platform. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

8.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pivpp support immediately via live chat. pivpp will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. pivpp is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared credentials with a third party.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pivpp platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sportsbook markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account closure or self-exclusion.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims to a payment provider without first raising the matter with pivpp support.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pivpp platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pivpp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, republishing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or any commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from pivpp.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pivpp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagered amounts, or losses arising from platform downtime.

pivpp's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

pivpp is not liable for failures, interruptions, or delays in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or third-party payment processor outages.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pivpp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pivpp will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pivpp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real-money balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pivpp platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pivpp's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal proceedings. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
